Sit With Me:
Community Tour 2026

I'm taking Sit With Me on the road—and it's not just book signings. We're sitting together, practicing metta, talking about love, embracing the mess, and building community.

Starting in March 2026, I'll be visiting cities across the country to practice with you. These events include readings from the book, guided lovingkindness meditation, conversation, and real connection. No perfection required.

If you want to bring this tour to your bookstore, meditation center, organization, library, or community space, let's make it happen.

KEYNOTE SPEAKING

I speak to organizations and groups navigating change, difficulty, or transition—and who want more than motivational platitudes.

My talks weave storytelling, practical wisdom, and guided practice (breathwork, mindfulness, lovingkindness meditation) into something that lands in the body, not just the brain. Topics include wellness and self-compassion, career transitions, equity in wellness spaces, lovingkindness practice, and finding hope when things are hard.

I've keynoted for organizations like the Alzheimer's Association, Cisco, and the New York Restaurant Association —as well as tech companies, justice-focused spaces, and teams navigating major transitions.

If your team or community is dealing with burnout, change, or just trying to stay human in difficult times, let's talk.

Dharma Talks & Teaching

I teach at meditation centers, universities, and retreat centers—offering dharma talks, workshops, and classes that make Buddhist teachings accessible without stripping them of substance.

I've taught at places like Kripalu and given talks and workshops at universities and meditation communities. Topics include the Seven Factors of Awakening, lovingkindness practice, meditation for real life, and Buddhist teachings applied to contemporary struggles.

My approach is grounded in traditional dharma but translated for people living now—no jargon, no spiritual bypassing, just practical wisdom and practice.

If you're looking for a teacher for your meditation center, retreat, or academic setting, let's talk.

CORPORATE RETREATS & TRAINING

I work with organizations to design retreats and wellness programming that actually address what's happening—burnout, transitions, maintaining humanity in high-pressure environments.

I've co-facilitated multi-day retreats and led sessions on workplace wellness, managing change, and sustainable performance. My approach pulls from yoga, mindfulness, writing practice, and facilitated discussion—customized based on what your team needs.

This isn't cookie-cutter corporate wellness. Before we design anything, we talk about what's actually going on with your team and what you're hoping will shift. Then we build something that fits.

I lead meditation and yoga classes for events, organizations, and studios—from intimate studio classes to large group meditations for hundreds of people.

I've taught at venues like Lincoln Center, guest taught at studios, and led meditation sessions for conferences, wellness events, and community gatherings. My teaching includes restorative yoga, therapeutic yoga, trauma-informed practice, and guided meditation (especially lovingkindness practice).

Whether you need someone to lead a meditation for your event, guest teach at your studio, or facilitate practice for a large group, I can design something that fits your space and audience.
